Ken Schaefer

Kenneth J. Schaefer, founder and CEO of Enlightened Paths Consulting, is a Business Consultant and Coach with 25 years of experience within the Engineering, Service, Operations and IT disciplines. His professional career has spanned the Local through the International Arenas, holding such positions as CIO, CTO, International Technical Liaison, EVP of Operations and Service, and Board Member. Through his highly effective consulting, training and coaching practice he has helped guide and foster positive, lasting change in organizations of all sizes. His main focus is on the IT, Service and Operations disciplines from individual team members through executive management.
